Important information:
- Check-in at the villa is from 14:00 to 23:00 – Check-out of the apartment is until 10:30 am
- Our historical Villa is not a standard hotel, but a private villa, with family manage.
- Services not included in the list are on request and payment is separate from the amount paid for the rent of the apartment for tourist use.
- The final cleaning is included. Any change or additional cleaning is on request.

- The guided tours and private boat tours are available on request.
- Please inform in advance the Antica Corte the time when you expect to arrive.
- Children are welcome. Any type of extra bed or cot is available on request and needs to be
- confirmed.
- Pets are allowed on request.
- The final amount is calculated on the basis of the rent of the entire apartment for the period
- requested, any additional guests need to be agreed.

Payment:
Each reservation must be confirmed with a deposit of 50% of the total. The total payment must be done on the arrival day (unless otherwise agreed)
A security deposit may be required upon arrival. The amount is fully refundable at check-out, excluding any damage.
We kindly ask you to make the payment with cash on arrival or with bank transfer/PayPal transfer (using PayPal must be added the 5% of commissions). It is also possible to pay in BitCoins using Skrill website
The prices are calculated per apartment on the basis of the number of people and vary depending on the time and length of stay and of the services requested in the villa.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Up to 7 days before the date of arrival will be retained only 50% of the total
From 7 days of the arrival date (if advance total payment request) will be applied a penalty equal to 50% of the entire stay
In case of no-show without prior notice, a penalty equal to 100% of the entire stay will be applied (in case of total payment request)
